LOWELL, Mass. & WESTON, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a leading global provider of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, today announced the addition of four new members to its board of directors: Melissa Thomas-Hunt, global head of diversity and belonging at Airbnb; Jennifer Morgan, head of portfolio operations at Blackstone; Pat Wadors, chief people officer at Procore Technologies; and Timothy Campos, chief executive officer at Woven.

“We are thrilled to welcome Melissa, Jennifer, Pat, and Timothy to our board of directors. Together, they bring decades of experience in the critical areas of organizational transformation, HR, diversity, belonging, and workforce productivity,” said Aron Ain, chairman and chief executive officer of UKG. “As an organization whose purpose is people, UKG is committed to creating meaningful, empowering, and connected experiences for our own people, as well as organizations across the globe — and what better way to further that mission than with the addition of this incredibly talented group.”

The new members bring vast expertise and a history of professional excellence to the board:

An expert on building inclusive, global teams, Melissa Thomas-Hunt leads the strategy and execution of Airbnb’s global internal diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging programs. As she transitions into a senior advisor role with Airbnb, she will also join the faculties of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business — where she once served as global chief diversity officer — and the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, where she will lead academic research in the areas of connection and belonging. Prior to joining Airbnb, Thomas-Hunt served as vice provost for inclusive excellence at Vanderbilt University. A widely published author, Thomas-Hunt has also taught MBAs and executive leadership, and conducted research for 25 years on the factors that unleash, leverage, and amplify the contributions made by individuals — particularly women, underrepresented individuals, and numerical minorities. Recently named head of portfolio operations at Blackstone, Jennifer Morgan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of portfolio improvement. Morgan joined Blackstone in November 2020 as global head of portfolio transformation and talent, helping the firm’s more than 200 portfolio companies drive growth and digital transformation. She previously served as co-CEO at SAP — the first female CEO of a DAX company — and has been named one of the Most Powerful Women in Business by Fortune, as well as one of the Most Powerful Women in Technology by Forbes. Morgan is also a board member of the National Academy Foundation, as well as Bumble, and is on the board of advisors at her alma mater, James Madison University College of Business. Pat Wadors, chief people officer at Procore Technologies, is a multiple recipient of the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology honor. Wadors has held positions at organizations including Yahoo!, Merck, ServiceNow, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and serves as a board member for several prominent technology companies. Wadors is known for her transformational and strategic HR leadership and is a frequent speaker on diversity and inclusion issues. An expert in engineering, IT, and workforce productivity, Timothy Campos is co-founder and CEO of Woven. Previously chief information officer at Facebook, Campos has held prominent positions at companies such as KLA-Tencor Corporation, Portera Systems, Silicon Graphics, and Sybase. Additionally, Campos serves on the board of directors for Rackspace Technology and VIAVI Solutions. One of his personal passions is closing the opportunity divide, and Campos serves on the executive board of HITEC, an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Hispanic technology leaders. “These experts bring incomparable knowledge to UKG that will be of tremendous value to our employees and customers,” said Ain. “This deep bench of experienced professionals will help us reach new heights as we further our commitment to inspiring workforces and businesses around the world.”
