LIMA, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Watch Communications is pleased to announce that Randy Marksberry has joined the Internet Service Provider as Chief Financial Officer.

Marksberry was most recently a controller and valuation consultant, advising clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area on optimizing their finance, accounting, and IT operations. Marksberry managed the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting functions across a broad spectrum of companies and environments, including manufacturing, construction, health care, and professional services industries. The companies he advised ranged in total gross revenue from $10 million to $250 million.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Marksberry was a Senior Financial Analyst at Fifth Third Bancorp within the Finance and IT Divisions. He supported TM1, Hyperion, and related financial management software. As a Senior Financial Analyst at KENDLE, prior to working at Fifth Third, he transformed the company’s forecasting process from a series of Excel spreadsheets to a highly automated Access database and introduced fast archiving capabilities, dynamic ad-hoc reporting, and the ability to quickly compare forecasting data against other sources.

Marksberry holds a B.S. in Accounting from and minored in Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University. He is an active CPA in Kentucky and holds a certification as a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
