Tom will continue to lead technical development of Defendify’s all-in-one cybersecurity platform, designed to continuously strengthen cybersecurity across people, process, and technology. The first-in-kind SaaS product streamlines cybersecurity for organizations that lack in-house security teams by delivering cybersecurity tools and automation backed by industry leading expertise and support.
Leen joined Defendify in 2018 to lead Defendify’s software strategy and application development. As a veteran software engineer with a systems analyst background, Leen uses his 26 years of professional full-stack development experience to propel Defendify to its next phase of growth.
Leen began his career as a senior technologist at Razorfish followed by founding his own consulting company, Confluent Forms, for 16 years helping SMB’s and large enterprises with general purpose consulting of tech and internet project-based work. After starting with Defendify, Leen’s role has grown from Backend Engineer to Lead Engineer and now Head of Engineering. He’s been instrumental in developing Defendify’s SaaS platform and infrastructure, including Defendify’s recently launched Breach Detection & Response module.
A problem-solver by nature, Leen is excited for this step up in helping businesses adapt to the evolving cybersecurity threats facing small and large organizations alike.
